WINE UNCOVERED’S WINE ESTATE PARTNERS

I only conduct guided visits to those wine estates that, in my view, make great wines, and within each wine village I have selected estates producing different styles of wines so you can appreciate the incredibly diverse range of wine styles produced within the Southern Rhône.

I have an in-depth knowledge of each of the estates that I work with - their philosophy, history, vineyard terroir, vine-growing and winemaking methods - and of course their wines! In almost all cases I conduct the entirety of the guided visits myself so that:

Some of the region’s wine estates conduct their own winery and tasting visits, particularly in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. I have working relationships with several of these estates and I can arrange visits (subject to availability) as part of a Wine Uncovered tour. In these instances, I conduct a guided tour of the estate’s vineyard terroir before we visit the winery for their tasting and presentation. Please bear in the mind that the duration of an estate’s presentation frequently makes it difficult to visit additional estates in a half day.
